Shipping Policy

Free delivery in the European Union

Shipping within the European Union is complimentary with every purchase.

Dispatch

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on a working day are shipped no later than the next business day, provided the items are in stock. During periods of high demand, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. If we expect a longer delay, we will tell you by e-mail.

A later shipping date can also be arranged in advance — write to us after ordering and we will agree on the date with you.

Parcel lockers

We deliver with GLS. To reduce our carbon footprint and keep delivery efficient, the only delivery method is a GLS parcel locker. At checkout you can enter your preferred locker; if you leave it empty, we will choose the one closest to your delivery address. GLS notifies you when your parcel is ready for collection.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates. If an order is not delivered within 30 days of the contract, you may, after setting an additional reasonable period, terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

International delivery

We currently do not ship outside the European Union. For more information or special requests, write to info@guernika.eu.
